Keynote Speech „Success & Motivation“
EUBA Austria met with its members and guests on October 19, 2019 in the Hotel Intercontinental Vienna. The keynote speech “Success & Motivation” was carried out with the participation of around 40 members and a few guests.
After the opening speech, EUBA Austria Secretary-General Ekrem Güney presented the goals, interests and ideas of the EUBA in a short presentation. In the main part of the event, the lecturer, Mr. Helmut Penka, skillfully imparted motivation principles and methods for employee motivation to the participants. He repeatedly pointed out the close connection between goal setting and motivation. The interactive lecture enabled the participants to participate actively and thus increased the entertainment value of the training event.
“Once again we experienced a successful event this evening and we will also experience more of this kind in the future,” emphasized EUBA Austria Deputy Chairman Mr. Yasar Turan in his closing speech and ended the successful evening with the following quote from the founder of Forbes magazine Bertie Charles Forbes “If you don't drive your business, you will be driven out of business”.
